Bread with sourdough in a flash: Tradizy® Durum is all the spirit of sourdough without the constraints; by mixing it with 3 to 4% flour and water, you get the rustic flavor of durum wheat and the crispness of sourdough bread.
We are expanding our sourdough range to include Tradizy® – our all-in-one sourdough with yeast, available starting from October 2024! Combined with yeast and sourdough bacteria is ready-to-use and suitable for all types of bread and all bread-making processes.
Thanks to the low dosage of 3%-4%, Tradizy® is particularly economical. It can be used in all areas of bread production and significantly simplifies the work process. Bakers are able to quickly and easily produce a variety of breads and pastries with an extraordinary taste experience.

Depending on the desired result and flavor intensity, the amount of Tradizy® added varies between 3–4% calculated on the amount of flour.
Our innovative all-in-one product is extremely versatile: At a dosage of 4%, it can be used to produce a typical baguette with a pronounced flavor. When preparing a multigrain bread, a dosage of 3% is sufficient to achieve a typical seed flavor. A classic pizza dough can be prepared easily and with great flavor at a dosage of 3%.
